The quality of my professional relationship with my clients is extremely important to me. To establish and maintain an effective therapeutic relationship, I have a nonjudgmental and non-coercive attitude during all sessions. I am committed to providing a safe environment for clients to feel comfortable and respected throughout the individualized therapeutic process. Full attention is provided to all clients to present the opportunity to focus on strengths and address the areas that want to be improved.

Feelings of worry, sadness, and even excitement are common during life transitions including starting a new relationship or a life change. I offer individuals and/or couples research based strategies such as, stress management techniques, communication and organizational tools to cope with common issues in life and relationships.
